"Great service"

About: Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust

I had to visit the eye hospital for a follow up. When we got there the receptionist was useless, said their computers didn't work and they didn't have my file. then the receptionist sent me and my partner to another department. The receptionist saw I needed a walking stick but still I went there. Only to get there and be told I had to go back to the same department I had just been in. I went back there and still the receptionist didn't help. eventually a member of staff took my details. What can I say, they couldn't do enough. The member of staff really went above and beyond, and followed us through from start to finish. This is one to hold onto NGH fab. Made things a lot easier for me to cope with considering I haven't long had a traumatic brain injury.
