almost all staff on ward 3 were so rude and abrupt although I was in excruciating pain after my second c section They pulled faces and made comments everytime i pressed the buzzer for assistance. They constantly told me and other patients how short staffed they are. One night they made my baby wait over an hour for a feed. They don't listen to any patient and have a very negative approach. Iv never come across such unprofessional, inconsiderate staff before. I was constantly told to do things myself knowing that I couldn't move after my section if I didn't need help i wouldn't need to be hospitalised. They clearly don't understand this. In future I won't be choosing to give birth at this hospital it's only because of the facilities such as the doctors and surgeons that I chose this hospital however the aftercare is atrocious and outweighs the talented people that do work there and the facilities they have. Better off at smaller hospitals with caring staff!
