What I liked

the hospital was very clean and secure. However there is not enough staff. The staff that are working there are brilliant but under far too much pressure. I am sure they are not happy with the situation as much as the visitors and patients.

What could be improved

more staff to help with patient hygeine and general duties

Anything else?

my mother-in-law is in the hospital and because there is not enough staff she is frightend to ask for a shower or a dressing that has been on now for 4 days without being changed. These should be things that happen without having to be asked for. Medication has been forgotten. She is unable to come out until she is stable on her medication so we are going round in circles.

I was pleased to learn that you found the hospital clean and secure but sorry to learn that you feel there is not enough staff to deal with patient hygiene and general duties.
