"Dental appointment"

I had appointment at out patients clinic with dentist specialist. I was given appointment after 2 months because they were busy?. When I was seen, the dentist relied on same info from my dentist and did not properly checked. The dentist had made their mind for me to have root canal, thats what my dentist wanted and the reason I went into hospital to know if the cist can be removed without root canal. It took the dentist just 2 minutes to say "you need root canal" because that's what their colleague who is my lovely dentist told them to recommend? . the worst thing was that the dentist was listening to me and I could not believe I was out of that clinic in 5 minutes after having to wait for two months. I didn't feel respected & i wasnt listened to.

I cannot believe that you pay them taxes and thats how they treat you. I would not recommend any one to use Amersham Dentist outpatients clinic.
