Me and my whole family were on our way to paris from carlisle Cumbria when my dad who suffers with c.o.p.d.My dad's skin is paper thin with the steroids he takes .while we were on the train he accidently caught his arm .which resulted in a large tear in his arm we arrived at London Euston and we're told you were the nearest to help us my mum took the children to St Pancras station the euro star train was leaving at 11 45 this was 10 30 am I can't express how helpful and so happy to help us the staff were amazing my dad was upset and the member of staff who gave my dad his after care was brill reception staff triage staff were all lovely to my dad we got on our train as well I cannot thank you all enough you are all a credit to the n.h.s
