"Extremely disappointed."

I was referred to the service by my doctor after many weeks wait. I have been called a couple of times and asked if im ok and just sent a diary sheet and a basic book on how I need to help others to help myself. Which I have been doing for many years as my parents have always told me to respect others around me and help where I can. I was asked once to visit Louth. Which I thought i might be getting better support but no i got laughed at for the hours I work and where I work. So I rung to ask to see someone else but now been told I've had all the possible help I can get at this service. So I feel extremely let down by the service.
