My three young adults have autism and have struggled to accept any dental services.
When they go to Strelley dentist with a carer they really love seeing Wendy, the hygienist they describe her as kind and funny, carers say that she is very approachable, respectful, patient.
Wendy explains things using visual prompts to facilitate understanding, Wendy differentiates her approach for each of my young adults.
I needed to change a dental appointment, so I phoned special needs dental park house.
I spoke to a woman called Joy, she was so very helpful and understanding of the needs of young people who have additional needs, it was a pleasure to deal with her, Joy certainly lived up to her name.
