"But just feel they don't want to help"

About: City Health Care Partnership CIC / Primary psychological and wellbeing services

(as the patient),

Iv had 5 sessions of cbt. My session today lasted 10 minutes. I thought I would give it a try. Its a while since iv done this. My previous sessions were actually counselling. I know how I am as been going on a while. But Depression and Anxiety you cant put a time limit on. Its not my fault iv still got issues. Iv come home feeling worse than I went. My problems iv had was like put on hold because my Dad as been seriously ill. My last counsellor agreed I still need some sort of support. I had to finish with him cos he was leaving or I would of still been there. Dr advised me to go back to lets talk. But just feel they don't want to help. I was told there is help out there. But just cos its been going on a while I feel the lets talk think its my fault. I was starting to do stuff I was advised. But iv had to forget me and look after my mam and dad. Iv been discharged and advised to go somewhere else.
