"My daughter's Tonsilectomy operation"

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter had her operation at the heartlands hospital (birmingham). I have to say the ENT Consultant, Mr Trotter, along with his team were amazing! The nursing staff looked after my daughter and I the moment we went into Ward 14. She was occupied with lots of crafts and colouring tasks which she loved.

After her operation she was monitored closely and Mr Trotter came on to the ward to see how she was- excellent patient care.

Thank you so much for your kind comments regarding the treatment and care your daughter received whilst having her tonsillectomy at Heartlands Hospital under the care of Mr Trotter, Consultant Ear Nose and Throat Surgeon, and the paediatric team on Ward 14.

I will ensure that your feedback is highlighted to Mr Trotter, and the Senior Ward Sister on Ward 14 who will both ensure that your comments are communicated to all of their team.

I hope this is acceptable and I do hope that your daughter is continuing to recover well from her surgery.
