"Gynaecology ward 54 - Excellent staff"

I went straight into the walk in/out of hours and was seen immediately, baring in mind there's usually a long wait due to being so busy, the doctor there was very thorough and listened to me carefully, was very understanding and sent me straight over to the gynae ward. I have never been treated with so much care and support in the hospital than I had done on the gynae ward. All of the nurses, care assistants and doctors were very welcoming, they made sure I was comfortable, came in to check on me regularly, and made sure I was not going without any water. As soon as my rehydration drip ran out, the nurse came in straight away with a top up! I certainly did not feel forgotten about and barely had to wait at all for any assistance. All were extremely friendly and caring. Even after I refused any dinner, the nurse came in an hour later to see if I'd changed my mind and if I wanted to try and eat something, which is when I had two pots of icecream - it helped wonders! All staff were lovely, and very understanding. Excellent team and service in the gynaecologist ward 54!
