"Care in a and e"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary

On Monday 25 July we had to call 999 to help with the distressing case of my 5 year old grand daughter having badly cut her back on a broken glass vase. The injury was serious. The 999 contact was excellent. The ambulance arrived within 5 minutes ( probably less) the staff stabilised my grand daughter ( with the assistance of a neighbour para medic) the blood loss was dealt with. The a and e dept were quick and efficient and caring. Action was swiftly taken. We were all very well looked after. Thank you team for all your help.
