Wish to convey my Thanks and appreciation to all the wonderful staff . My Partner underwent a operation on Friday 29th. I would like to say from the very moment we entered the Unit we were made at ease . The staff were extremely friendly whilst maintaining professionalism. I was really pleased to read about Pauline's positive experience and that you felt that all the staff were friendly and went the extra mile to put you both at ease. This is exactly the standard of care which we aim to provide to all our patients.
