"Excellent, I can walk again"

I came on July 16th for surgery on my back to alleviate terrible pains in my leg which had gradually over three months prevented me from walking. After arriving at 7.00 am the surgeon came to see me by 8.00 am in the morning before the operation, they came to see me after it and again before I left, I could not have had better quality care. The surgeon told me exactly what they were going to do and I was fully confident that the operation would be successful.

The nurses care before and after the operation was excellent, they left me confident that all would be alright. There was a good choice of meals delivered to the room at the time they said, and any drinks that you wanted during the day were quickly brought. Prior to visiting the hospital I was beginning to think that that I would never walk properly again, however, after a couple of days I was able to walk around without the awful pains in my leg, and two weeks on it is like a new lease of life. I cannot thank the hospital and staff enough.
