"This place is a joke!"

Such a time waste! Sat at the waiting room for more than 30 mins after checked in at the reception and only to find out the hospital couldn't find my profile on their system - I thought the whole point of checking in at the reception is to make sure the patient profile is on the system. I had to walk up to the reception three times before they acknowledged that my profile was not on their system. I expect more proactive and efficient service from private hospitals. I'm writing this two months later......Nothing's changed! Same old mediocre service and if not for the only BMI hospital around Maidstone, I wouldn't bother.
