"I was really surprised how good the staff etc"

I was really surprised how quick i was seen by the specialist. Maybe waited 20 minutes even though the waiting room was full and a Dr was not available! Also all staff including the Dr were professional, polite, and friendly! I was sent for a scan there and then!!! and then saw the specialist straight after!! I have never experienced that kind of service at that hospital. If this is the new way forward then i have nothing but high praise for everyone who works there. Thank you.
