"Superb surgery with a strong, dedicated team..."

I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found this surgery and to be in the care of my Consultant and their team at Cofton Medical Centre.

I am always treated with respect and a very high standard of care and consideration.

Each clinical decision is explained clearly and in a non-judgemental manner by my Consultant. I feel that I am listened to and that any questions or concerns I have about my treatment are answered fully.

My Consultant is extremely easy to talk to and they have a team around them who clearly care very deeply and offer the very highest standard of healthcare. Sometimes a visit to your GP can be stressful, however, I know that my Consultant will be honest, open and able to put my mind at rest.

They are extremely approachable, warm and caring in their manner and practice. I feel able to share difficult subject matter and know that I will be treated with compassion.

If you make a suggestion, it is acted on (the display board in the waiting area is testimony to this).

The surgery is always clean and welcoming.

My appointments are always on time and I am able to get through to the surgery with ease.

If I ever need to contact the GP - I always receive a telephone call back within 2 hours - (which is amazing given the high number of patients that have to be seen).

Appointments are offered after 5pm which is hugely helpful for working parents.

I am extremely grateful that I have such fantastic care on my doorstep and recognise that this is a special surgery that does a difficult job with tenacity and professionalism.
