About: Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

Had an MRI 10 weeks ago and still no information about when the results will come through.

There is no answer phone facility so constantly calling in the hope someone answers.

Spoke to someone last week who told me the results were not in yet and there was nothing they could do.

It took 3 months before I received results of blood tests.

I was told the results had been available for some time but people were too busy to send them out.

I really feel there is no proper service and certainly no understanding of how patients feel endlessly waiting for results. This department does not appear to be customer focused.
