I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear fergy,

Congratulations and well done. For those who do not realise, 14kg is 30.8 pounds. What a team, both you and Ruth, it needs both of your commitment and your effort. I will pass this on to the team and to Ruth.

That is a triumph and is not always as easy as the thin folk in the world might think.

Keep going.

Best wishes,

Eunice
