I suffer from arthritis especially in my knees and recently had a steroid injection in my right knee. The staff were extremely friendly especially during the actual injection which was quick but painful. I suffered no problems afterwards and recovered quickly. The knee is a lot better and I am able to use the stairs a lot better. The physiotherapy associated with this treatment has been very helpful with exercises explained to me. The only thing I would mention is that I was told that I would receive a follow up courtesy call after the procedure but this didn't happen. Fortunately I had no problems anyway. My husband had a hernia operation at Boston West a few years ago and he also was very satisfied with his treatment.
