"Speaking to a person"

About: Clatterbridge Hospital

My initial visit to the pain clinic was fine, helpful. Since then I have not been able to speak to an actual person.when I phone I am met with an answer machine that tells me to phone back in two weeks, I phone back in two weeks and I am met with the same answer machine. My pain is ruining my life, all I want is an end date, an appointment when this might all get better. Mine is down as urgent I feel sorry for those that aren't urgent, my problem has got significantly worse since I visited the pain clinic, this really is ruining my life in many ways. I spend the majority of my life in bed and have to take a substantial amount of drugs to get through a day (if I make it) once in bed I can't move. I understand that this person is probably bothered by some people on a daily basis but that isn't my fault, surely this person with their phone on constant voicemail telling us to phone back in two weeks isn't doing their job correctly? I don't understand how it's so hard to put my name next to a date and tell me when it is (if they answered their phone I would ask them). I thank you in advance for the generic e-mail I will no doubt receive shortly telling me I am important and as soon as there is an appointment available I will have one.
