Wow.....Horton A&E were fantastic, with one exception. The first nurse I saw was astonishingly rude. They were seemingly angry at me for having the gall to attend a hospital whilst ill. A very unpleasant experience.

Thank you for your comments regarding the Horton A&E Department. I am pleased to note that in general your experience was a positive one, however I am very sorry that the care you received from one of our nurses lacked the compassion that we expect all our patients to receive.

Please be assured that your feedback will be passed onto the Service Managers responsible for the A&E department.
