"car parking delay:"

About: Macclesfield District General Hospital

i had an appointment ' 3.10 at the breast clinic on the 28th july. i arrived at the hospital @ 2.40 to allow 30 mins to find parking, i drove around for 29 mins and could not find a space. In frustration i parked in a blue badge car space and at the reception of the breast clinic informed that i had parked in a blue space. the person was very helpful but stated that they had no say over these spaces. They then informed me @ 3.09 that i could park in a staff space and they would add my number plate to the system. At this time 1 was at the end of my tether after driving around for 30 mins and felt that driving around for another 10 mins to find a space would also make me late for my appointment. So i left the clinic .

what do i need to do to find a parking space?
