"Not helpful"

About: Watford General Hospital

I called to see if i could speak to someone in the restaurant area to locate my elderly father who we thought was waiting for my mum to have an xray.

he hadn't realised he didn't have a signal so my mum couldn't contact him.

They put me through to the restaurant and i got cut off. called again and got put through to an extremely grumpy person said 'call my supervisor, they will help you' and gave me an extension.

called again and got put through to supervisor who said they were on a different floor and to call the restaurant.

called again and spoke to restaurant and spoke to different grumpy person who passed me back to the other grumpy person who said call back.


they didn't really understand english and were so rude and unhelpful.

It would have taken an minute of their time to look and see if he was sitting there.

I dont know why i expected any more from Watford hospital! hope to god i never have to go there myself.
