"Friendly and helpful staff"

The staff on ward 14 were amazing. Although things didn't go to plan at first I was kept informed as to what was going on and given plenty of information.

Everyone that I came into contact with during my stay were friendly and very helpful.

Although I was only in for 48 hours all the staff that I came into contact with before, during and after my surgery were so reassuring, which is what you need when you venture into the unknown and your a big baby like me.
