Just a quick note to say how wonderful Gale & Lesley are on the Heartlands bereavement team. If we could replicate the attitude and care they show across the NHS we would have an organisation we could all be proud of.

Thank you so much for your kind comments about Gale and Lesley, our ladies in the Bereavement Team at Heartlands Hospital.

I will be delighted to ensure they, and their Head of Department are made aware of your kind comments and I am so pleased that you found them to be caring in your dealings with them.

I hope my actions are acceptable once again thank you for providing your feedback at such a sad time, please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your loved one.
