About: Good Hope Hospital

I want to thank the staff on the reception on the ent depeartment and the care staff for providing fantastic care quality for my son who has autism . He came to the clinic with me today for an appointment and he was unable to sit in the waiting room , i asked if we could stand in the waiting corridor because of this . Without asking they provided us a room quiet room where he was able to feel comfortable, this is very kind and beyond their duties so thankyou !

Thank you so much for your kind comments regarding your recent experience at the ENT department when you attending with your son.

I'm so pleased to read that the staff were extremely welcoming and understanding of your son's special needs, and accommodated them with minimum fuss so that you were able to wait for your appointment in a quiet room.

I will ensure that your feedback is highlighted to the Matron for ENT, as well as to the Outpatient Department Manager who will communicate your comments to all of the team.

I hope this is acceptable and once again thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, it is extremely important to us.
