"Worst hospital Ever."

i went to the a&e after being advised by the doctor on 111. I'm 17 weeks pregnant and was having pain and had bleeding prior to getting to the hospital. The receptionist was rude and dismissive towards me and not to other people waiting and clearly favouritism going on. The receptionist also was chatting away to colleagues and interrupting me whilst I was trying to tell them what was wrong! Very unprofessional. I left this hospital in tears earlier and cannot believe they could be so short with me when all I am is concerned about my baby. I will never set foot in this hospital again and my other half was fuming. also the toilets are disgusting.
