Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experiences of the care you received from our staff on Lynher Ward. As we make every effort to provide the highest standard of care and treatment at all times, it was fantastic to read the wonderful comments you made about the staff on the ward. I will ensure a copy of your post is shared with the teams involved through the Matron and Ward Sister. Comments of support and thanks are so important to our staff and I know they will be very grateful to read what you said about them.

I was concerned to hear your experiences were not so good on the ward next door and I am anxious to try and help sort this out for you.
