"Quality of food"

My husband was a patient for 8 days at Arrow Park a few months ago. The service he received from doctors and staff was excellent. The only downfall (and it is a MAJOR downfall) is the 'food' provided. There wasn't a single meal provided during the period he was there that was in any way edible in fact, with the majority of them, it was difficult to even identify what was on the plate. One of the meals I was convinced was a pasty but it turned out to be an omelette! It is really appalling that at a time when people need building up with healthy food they are given such badly made poor food. I'm aware of the cost constraints but the amount of food wastage must be so costly. A homemade healthy soup and roll or a stew would have been more welcome by most rather than the rubbish being served.
