Dear Integrated Care Team coordinator

I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks and gratitude to specialist nurse Hiedi  for her professional care and thoroughness she gave me regarding my respiratory tests

You can tell she really does enjoy her work by the amount of effort she puts in helping people and then following the results through

She was very prompt and always doing more to help me with problems. I will be forever grateful for her help

Thank you once again Hiedi for being so thoughtful
