"Staff knew l was anxious and put me at ease"

After being refered back to neath and port talbot hospitail from singleton as i only wanted female doctors and staff for my hysteroscopy. to which i add they did, after arriving at the unit which was spotless , i was asked questions by one of the nurses blood pressures etc then found out i was down for a d&c as well, every thing was explaind by the registrar and the rest of the staff was asked to get ready , all the staff were first class and knew i was anxious, and put me at ease , my husband stayed with me till i went to the theatre, (and missed his breakfast haha) . After the opp and recovery was back on the ward in no time, and my huband came back in,even my husband said that the staff were first class understanding caring and could not fault them at all . So once again a big thank you from me and my husband. a 11 out of10.
