Difficult to find way around, even to find the stairs.
Sat in wrong waiting room for a while until I twigged there was another one round the corner.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Felt at ease and relaxed.
Was seen early and left the hospital 5 minutes after the time of my appointment.
Very impressed.
My usual, local hospital always runs late and the staff a surely and unfriendly.
