"Hirrendous no level of care"

About: Tiverton and District Hospital

Having been unwell for days and collapsing in pain at work I was sent to the urgent care centre by my manager, although I was the only person there I was left waiting while the staff chatted and drank coffee in the office. Once seen for my details I was sent back to the waiting room while more coffe was consumed. I was then abruptly called in by a nurse who sat me down and proceeded to tell me they were confused as to why I would walk into the hospital knowing I could be infectious, was I stupid? how could I think it was okay to go to the hospital from work (farm) covered head to toe in excrement (not true! I was clean my clothes were stained, I hadn't gotten dirty as all i had done was feed and bed down while wearing protective clothing that I had already removed) They then told me how they were going to have to shut down the room I was in and the waiting room for full cleaning and that they didn't know what I was expecting them to do ermm hello your a hospital treat me! I was refused treatment all the nurse wanted to do was try and make me feel bad because they had to get those rooms cleaned. For a place of care the urgent care center fell way below expectations, I wasn't treated I left in as much, if not more pain than I was in when I arrived and emotionally battered by the experience.

This nurse has no bedside manner, no conpasion and not a single caring bone by the looks of it! I have never felt so mistreated by a healthcare 'professional' in my life. Unfortunately the option for no starts wasn't there but I give no starts just as you gave no conpasion or an attempt at treatment
