"Hip Cartilage Surgery"

Excellent service in the hospital, but I felt a bit lost when I returned home after. I was not given an after care guidance sheet for the specific surgery. I had to look it all on the internet by searching for other hospital after care procedures for this operation.

I have informed them about this. I also had to change to another physiotherapist. The first one gave me some exercises that were not suitable and far to advanced for someone getting over this type of surgery ie, squats! which are to be avoided.

The second physiotherapist was very good.
