My son was due for an appointment in February and received no contact. Spoke with adult orthoptic walsall who can't help but very sympathetic as had other complaints raised about childrens orthoptic department. Can never get through given managers number and still can't get through. Hope that my son's sight hasn't deteriorated as very poor health service.
