I have a bad knee and needed a referral which I had been told I could get from a drop in clinic.
This advice was incorrect.
Nevertheless, the nurse was very helpful and advised that I should pursue getting some treatment.
I was not dismissed out of hand but the situation was explained clearly.
"Visit about an injured knee."
