My thanks go to the dedicated team in Day Surgery and Theatre in Wexham Park hospital. Beginning of July I went in for a key hole operation of my left knee. The nurses were very friendly. Unfortunately my operation was delayed by 90 minutes because the notes still needed to be retrieved from the records store in another site of the trust. Nevertheless, my experience was one of friendliness and dedication from the nursing staff and doctors In theatre and recovery I was met by the anesthetists in good humour. They thoroughly checked everything was OK and all information was available. And my knee? The Orthopaedic Surgeon and his team did a great job.
