Absolutely awful service. Was given an 8:20 appointment by NHS 111 only to find the surgery closed. The staff finally decided to arrive at 8:35. The nurse I saw was an embarrassment to the NHS. The nurse barely new what they were talking about and prescribed me two medications which they didn't even seem to know what they were for.
Avoid like the plague. Awful. Awful. Awful.
