After another swift response from my OT in relation to a query I felt I had to come on here and say my piece! Never before have I had a support worker/OT who has had the ability to judge a particular situation and understand my behaviour so damn quickly. To my OT thanks for listening to my experiences and for continuously helping me to retain the control I am absolutely terrified of losing. Your commitment, knowledge, advice and practical tips on coping strategies are second to none. Please know you really do make a difference. Also, thanks to everyone else in the team ...I have always had fantastic support

Your story is really encouraging to read and I am pleased to hear that staff have demonstrated how committed they have been to you.

You have clearly highlighted that with the right care and support in place, this had a real positive impact on your overall experience.

I have shared your kind words directly with the staff on the unit as it is very satisfying for staff to hear how they have made such a difference.
