What I liked

I attended on 12/03/10 for Cataract Surgery. I was made to feel very welcome. Most importantly for me, I could engage in some very light hearted banter, and have a good chat. Shortly before entering the theatre I was very nervous. This was spotted by the nursing and theatre staff and the reassurances and attention was exceptional.

The nurses were excellent. The theatre staff were excellent. The operation was excellent, thanks to the consultant, and her team, and looks to be fully successful 36 hours after.

The nursing staff also looked over the after care on the ward, and I was free to go home within 30 minutes of surgery.

The whole encounter can only be described as Excellent with 5 stars.

What could be improved

There is nothing I would change from my experience. Except some form of entertainment, like a dance troupe or a brass band. That's a joke.
