patient care is dreadful-elderly patients left crying out for help and the nurses failed to answer the buzzer even after 40 minutes, two patients in their eighties were allowed to have falls on the ward and both broke their hip, no understanding of how to nurse patients on general wards with dementia, almost total lack of communication with relatives
