"An NHS hospital that works."

I have recently experienced my first ever stay in hospital I am 73 years of age. I felt it only right to express my pleasure with others, that the from the minute I entered A&E the onto the acute assessment unit, and finally on the medical short stay ward, was was full of care ,understanding and professionalism. So often you hear that the NHS is not working, I guess it is a sign of the times but so many people today are negative and complain at the drop of a hat, but Hinchingbrooke Hospital is working, well done and keep up your good work.
