"Improvement needed"

The drop in clinic is extremely busy at this clinic and I think more could be done to improve this as they struggle to see more than a few people an hour and you usually can not turn up and be seen within the hour and are told to come back. This was not the case at the old Cornerstones clinic. The sexual health clinic times are different to the contraception ones which are not displayed anywhere online so people can end up turning up on the wrong day/drop in times. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.
