Terribly let down by this hospital. 2 children seeing consultants. 1 supposed to have an MRI scan today but they left a message (with a teen child at home) that they can no longer treat under 18's. That's it. No guidance nothing. Now need to go back to gp to get a new referral as the consultant doesn't work anywhere else. Complete waste of our time and money.
