Ignored for 4 hours, my wife had difficulty breathing and at the assessment she was offered a paracetamol, they said to wait because they are not very busy and this is the best time to wait, to be honest there were no patients around at 3 am...but it took 4 hours for somebody to see my wife although she was in pain, I don't know what to say really, very dissapointed.
