"Worst blood test ever"

I've had many blood tests in my life but this one was by far the worst. Phlebotomist was very patronising, but more importantly, left me with a huge bruise on my arm. I have never in my life had any bruising from blood tests, because I assume they were done by more competent people, and is most definitely not due to my "transparent skin"as they put it! If, like me, you get a referral with the choice between this place and North Middlesex hospital, do yourself a favour and go to North Mid where it is somewhat busier but no complaints about the procedure at all!
