"Rude Staff"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

(as the patient),

I was unlucky enough to have to speak to a phone operator , who seems to think the way to speak to patients is to be rude, sarcastic and dismissive. She refused to help me with my enquiry and left me feeling very upset and belittled.
