I can not praise enough the staff of A&E. In very challenging and relentlessly busy circumstances they manage to maintain a smile, treat every person with respect and care and perform with the highest level of professionalism. From the moment I entered the department, I recieved outstanding care. The reception, clerical staff, domestic, catering and clinical staff all contributed to the fantastic service I recieved. Every member of staff introduced themselves by name, I was kept informed, given the opportunity to ask questions and felt I was listened too. Well done Frimley Park, truly outstanding. A shining example of our wonderful NHS.
