"extremely dissatisfied would not recommend"
I am an NHS out patient .Had 2 appointments cancelled. Finally got one on 17th May. Consultant said they would refer me to QMC because the treatment i required they didnt do at the Woodthorpe .It is now 25th July and i am still waiting to be referred. I spoke to one of the secretaries at the Woodthorpe to find out what was going on with my appointment.They said they didnt know and was extremely uncaring and rude.Think they need to sort. out their staff after reading some of the other reviews. Not happy
