"Time wasted"

Had a Physio appointment today at Aldershot Centre for Health at 13:00 turned up at 12:50 and followed the signs to the physiotherapy location downstairs. Upon arriving I spoke to reception by the Physio department signs and explained I who I was and what I was there for to be told to go through and wait, my appointment was at 13:00 I waited until 13:30 when I went back out to reception to ask for an update. To eventually be told physiotherapy was no longer at this location and that I needed to go back upstairs to main reception to be directed to the correct location. I arrived at the main reception explained what had happened, the receptionist phoned through to the Physio department, who said I will have to rebook. I am very annoyed and frustrated with the experience I took time off work for the appointment which was totally wasted, I paid to park, wasted 45 minutes and received no treatment. Why are there signs pointing to the wrong location and why was I told by reception staff downstairs to go through and wait? I did find out that the staff that sent me through were blood test receptionists if thats true why were they giving me instruction regarding Physio and why didn't they know about the move in location of the Physio department if they work in the old location? Very annoying!
